The ATS team empowers our field and remote engineers to provide world class service to all clients, through the application of standards, best practices, and technology to service delivery.

Peter Cook - CCNP Network Engineer

Peter Cook - CCNP, CCNA, CISSP, ACE, CMNA Enterprise Engineer, Networking

Peter Cook came to All Covered through an acquisition in Miami in 2012. Peter brings over 16 years of professional IT experience to the ATS Team, with a specific focus on networking. As a networking expert on the ATS team, Peter is focused on building a standard set of network architectural design criteria such as cable color coding, IP range selection, hardware standards, and naming conventions. His contributions will move us closer to the goal of national standardization that improves our efficiency and greatly improves the ease of cooperation between markets.

Peter has numerous certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), as well as a CCNA, CISSP, Palo Alto Networks ACE, and Meraki CMNA. Peter also has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the DeVry Institute of Technology. 

Tim Coker - GCFE

Tim Coker - GCFE, CHP, CSCS Enterprise Engineer, Security

Tim Coker joined All Covered through an acquisition in Tampa in 2011. Tim brings over 20 years of experience in network and systems administration, engineering, security, digital forensics, technical consulting, design, and management to All Covered. As an Information Security expert within the ATS Team, Tim is responsible for security program management, compliance and security services for clients and internally for All Covered. Tim is a Certified HIPAA Professional, Certified Security Compliance Specialist, and a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner. He has a deep knowledge of Windows, UNIX, networking, and security technologies as well as numerous certifications from major vendors such as SANS, Microsoft, Sun, IBM, HP, Citrix, Checkpoint, SonicWALL, and Cisco.

Tim began his career with the United States Coast Guard, where he served five years and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, and other commendations. While in the Coast Guard, he received extensive training on the installation, operation, and maintenance of electronic warfare systems, computers, and related equipment. A native of Florida, Tim resides in his home-town with his wife and two children.

Mike Driest - CCE-V

Mike Driest - CCE-V, CCP-N, MCSA Enterprise Engineer, Thin Computing

Mike Driest came to All Covered through an acquisition in Detroit in 2011. In addition to over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Mike has extensive thin computing and automated operating system deployment experience. After joining All Covered, Mike served as a Senior Systems Engineer where he serviced clients and built a solution to automate the operating system deployment processes to improve the team’s efficiency and increase client satisfaction.

Mike most recently worked as an Enterprise Consultant for an IT consulting firm where he designed and implemented Citrix based virtual desktop solutions, leveraging proximity badge and single sign-on authentication to improve efficiency and patient care in the healthcare industry. Today, Mike serves as a thin computing subject matter expert on the ATS team focused on Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop solutions. Mike has numerous certifications including Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional – Networking (CCP-N), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) – Windows Server 2008.

Ross Goldstein - CCNP

Ross Goldstein - CCNP, CCDP, CCNA, CCDA, CS-CUCTDS, VCP6-DCV, VC6-NV, NCDA cDOT, MCTS, MCSE, A+ Enterprise Engineer II, Networking

Ross Goldstein joined All Covered through an acquisition in Chicago in 2011. Ross brings over 28 years of hand-on technical experience, including a comprehensive background in datacenter cloud design and implementation. Prior to joining the ATS Team, Ross served as Senior Cloud Services Architect and was a major contributor to the design of the national All Covered Cloud IaaS platform. Ross first realized he had a passion for technology when he began tinkering with electronics as a child. His first repair of a portable Zenith AM tube radio is proudly displayed in his office in functional condition. Ross enjoys bodybuilding, working on his 1984 Corvette, classical music, cooking, and antique furniture.

Ross started his formal education at Control Data Institute where he completed the Electronics Technology program. Ross then went to Georgia Tech and started their engineering program, then later returned to Chicago and attended Oakton Community College and finally University of Illinois. Ross holds multiple certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, NetApp, VMware, EqualLogic, Novell, A+, WebSense, LightSpeed, Apple, HP, and IBM. Throughout the years Ross has attended formal training classes at Cisco, Apple, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, and other workshops.

Johnathan Milgie

Johnathan MilgieAutomation Engineer

Johnathan Milgie came to All Covered through an acquisition in Detroit in 2011. With over 10 years of professional IT services experience, Johnathan has a well-rounded background in support, systems design, and implementation of a variety of technologies. He most recently served as Director of IT for a software development company focused in the healthcare industry.

As a scripting expert on the ATS Team, Johnathan is primarily focused on automation. This includes orchestration, automation, scripting, and finding ways to improve upon and streamline repetitive tasks. As a native of Michigan, Johnathan resides in suburban Detroit.


Drew LytleApplication Engineer

Drew Lytle arrived at All Covered following the acquisition of America’s Remote Help Desk, where he had served as an Application Developer for their ServiceNow platform for 11 years. ARHD was one of the first 10 clients of ServiceNow, which has provided an excellent opportunity for growth.

Drew has a broad base of experience supporting an MSP environment from many angles – reporting, metrics, workflow, management, accountability, and billing. He has experience in Javascript, C++, Visual Basic, VB.Net, PHP, and an assortment of minor automation/scripting languages.

While in school, he spent some time as a barista, and developed an appreciation for face-to-face customer interaction. He is the proud parent of two small dogs.

Drew has an Associate’s Degree from Howard Community College, and is currently pursuing a CAPM certification from PMI.

Corey Muszak

Corey Muszak - MCP Enterprise Engineer, Escalation

Corey Muszak joined All Covered through an acquisition in New York City in January 2008. He brings over 13 years of experience in a very broad spectrum of technical skill sets, which include server and network design and deployments, Active Directory design with Group Policy automation and standards, and DFS Replication implementation. Prior to joining the ATS Team, Corey was most recently a Senior Systems Engineer for the East Region in the Tri-State market. In frequently playing a critical role for client escalation in the Tri-State market, Corey’s focus on the ATS team is contributing to high level escalation assistance to all markets. In addition, Corey is involved in implementing standards and best practices in many areas of technology to improve service in the field and remote support.

As a native of Western New York, Corey currently lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and 2-year-old son and his infant daughter. Corey holds a B.A. in Computer Systems with a minor in Mathematics from Mercyhurst College.


Stephen Payer

Stephen Payer came to All Covered through an acquisition in Baltimore in 2013. With over 25 years of experience in the IT field, Stephen has broad experience in software application development, network design and IT leadership. Prior to joining the ATS Team, Stephen served as the NOC Manager of Central Services; overseeing the development of the ServiceNow, Kaseya and Brightgauge platforms. Stephen enjoys working closely with clients to deliver customized business solutions. Today, Stephen is primarily focused on the development of the Kinetic platform to bridge the gap between All Covered systems and client business systems. Stephen is a Computer Science graduate of University of Maryland and resides in Columbia, Maryland with his wife and kids.

Matthew Prentice

Matthew Prentice - VCP5-DCV, VMTSP Enterprise Engineer, Escalation

Matthew Prentice joined All Covered through an acquisition in Washington, DC in 2010. Matthew brings over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of technologies including networking, servers, virtualization, and messaging. Prior to joining the ATS Team, Matthew was most recently a Principal Engineer for the East Region. As an expert in various technologies, Matthew is focused on providing high level escalation assistance to markets. In addition, Matthew contributes standards and best practices in a variety of areas including VMware and server technologies. Matthew is a VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV).

In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Creighton University. After college, Matthew was commissioned an officer in the US Air Force. Upon separating from the military as Captain, he became an IT consultant and then was the hands-on IT Director for several companies including a national non-profit. Matthew is an ordained Deacon in the Orthodox Church of America. He lives in a Virginia suburb of Washington, DC with his wife and two children.

Matt Prigge

Matt PriggeEnterprise Engineer, Automation

Matt Prigge joined All Covered through the acquisition of the SymQuest Group in 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Matt has broad experience in nearly every facet of Information Technology. Matt’s skillset is generalized across a wide range of disciplines including network design, high density compute, and enterprise storage, as well as an assortment of scripting and programming languages, enterprise applications, database platforms, and operating systems.

Prior to joining the ATS Team, Matt served as Director of Cloud Services for SymQuest and was the principal architect of SymQuest’s successful ITaaS cloud offering. Before that, he served as Director of Information Services for SymQuest where he led the implementation and integration of several new business systems. He has also held a variety of network and systems engineering and architecture roles extending before the earliest days of the dot com boom. Today, Matt is primarily focused on the development of integrative automation and orchestration technologies to bridge the gap between infrastructure and business systems. Matt is a native of southwestern New Hampshire and currently resides in Burlington, Vermont.

John Kirn

John Kirn - ACTC, ACSP, CCT, ITILFEnterprise Engineer, Apple/Mac

John Kirn joined All Covered through an acquisition in Chicago in 2011. Over the last 20 years, John has acquired an exceptional level of Mac knowledge, allowing him to excel at developing automation tools, establishing Mac best practices & standards, and providing Apple/Mac support & training. As an Apple/Mac expert on the ATS Team, John is focused on building Apple/Mac standards for All Covered.  John has also written a piece of software called PT Conference Maker, which is a web application used by several school district clients of All Covered to facilitate parent teacher conferences.

John has numerous certifications including Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Mac Integration Associate. John is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Art, and formerly worked in the creative market as a graphic artist. He lives with his wife in rural Kansas.

Kevin Roche

Kevin Roche, NCDA cDOT, CSSA, CSSPEnterprise Engineer, Storage

Kevin Roche came to All Covered after leaving NetApp support where he served as an Escalation Engineer. Prior to Kevin joining All Covered he had been in the United States Navy and worked for a Managed Services Provider. Upon competing his military contract Kevin moved to Kansas City, to be near his family. While in K.C. he worked for a local MSP (IT Pros, acquired by High Touch Technologies), became their lead System Engineer for the area, and was later transferred to Wichita KS. While working as a System Engineer Kevin received SonicWALL Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), Certified SonicWALL Security Professional (CSSP), and AdTran technical Solutions Professional (ATSP).

After moving to Wichita, Kevin took a position at NetApp support and became a SME for Virtualization very quickly due to his experience from HTT. Kevin was promoted to an Escalation Engineer over the SAN space. While working as a SAN Escalation Engineer, Kevin instructed and wrote training for Windows, VMware, Linux, iSCSI, FC, and FCoE. Today Kevin is responsible for all areas of storage as a subject matter expert on the ATS team, and is a NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA). He assists the cloud team on storage design and best practices, storage automation, as well as writing storage best practices documentation.


Michael StephensAutomation Engineer

Michael Stephens joined All Covered through an acquisition in Baltimore in 2013 where he acquired a wide range of skills in various technologies as a Senior Help Desk Analyst. Prior to joining ATS, Michael was the Kaseya Administrator for the Baltimore market with a focus on automation, scripting and reporting. Today Michael is responsible for engineering custom solutions that serve the many teams within All Covered by leveraging existing tools or developing new applications that drive efficiency and value.

After moving from Chicago, Michael now resides in Temecula, California.

Nick Zeigler - National Manager Advanced Technology Solutions

Nick Zeigler Director, Advanced Technology & Service Design, Global Client Services

Nick Zeigler came to All Covered through an acquisition in Detroit in 2011. In addition to over 16 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Nick has extensive datacenter computing experience; where he helped to start the hosting practice at PMV Technologies in 2006. Nick is excited to be a part of the ATS Team, where works with all employees in all markets to help build the "All Covered Way."

Prior to joining the ATS Team, Nick served as Senior Cloud Services Architect and was a major contributor to the design of the national All Covered Cloud IaaS platform. Nick and the rest of the cloud services team have consolidated 31 datacenter environments into regional hubs that serve hundreds of clients and tens of thousands of users. Nick has a both a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oakland University where he graduated with honors.
